Woodstock and the Depot

Painting the Depot

It wasn't so long ago that the historic Woodstock Depot stood alone on the tracks, a lonely outpost in a sleepy little town the town on the fringe of the suburbs.

My studio faced the depot across the street, and every day I watched its changing facade through my windows.

Inspired, I resolved to paint the beautiful building in the style of my favorite master artists: Monet, Van Gogh, Hopper and Wyeth.

This collection is the result.
