Pastel & Painting Mentoring Mini-Workshops

Arts and Crafts Classes by Art in Hand
You Make It, You Bring It Home
Jennifer Snyder leads these enjoyable hands-on workshops, in which you’ll learn all sorts of crafts inexpensively at your leisure. Even if you aren’t sure of your artistic abilities, Jennifer will lead you through each workshop each step of the way, and you will go home with a real piece of art to show your friends and family. The studio has a microwave and a refrigerator, so bring some snacks or drinks and make it a great art party with a friend!

Figure Drawing – Open Studio
Second and fourth Thursdays of the month, 7-10pm
$15 per session, or $22 per month
Student rate – $10 per session
Kristina Havens moderates our open studio sessions with the live model.
The model sessions begin with a half hour of warm-ups, including gesture work and some 5 to 10 minute poses, followed by one or two long poses, as decided by the group. This is an informal forum that accommodates artists of all skill levels.
There is also a small microwave and refrigerator, so you can bring snacks and drinks.
